Welcome to Stoney Brook. We have 111 homes in our neighborhood and are guided by a Homeowners Association that takes care of our amenities and organizes community events. We enjoy the use of a community pool, a clubhouse and two tennis courts. We are located on the north side of Peachtree City on Peachtree Parkway a short drive south of Atlanta. This community is an easy commute to and from the Atlanta Metro area and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Stoney Brook is currently within the Crabapple Elementary, J.C. Booth Middle and McIntosh High School districts. They are consistently among the highest performing schools in Fayette County, which is one of the top-rated public school systems in the state of Georgia.Peachtree City was established in 1959 as a master-planned city southwest of Atlanta. The city features 3 golf courses, 3 lakes, a 2,200 seat amphitheater, a state-of-the-art tennis center, an indoor swimming complex, and an airport with an active general aviation community. Our community enjoys over 100 miles of multi-use paths connecting pedestrians, bicyclist and golf carts from neighboring subdivisions.
